Based on feedback from sellers, we’re removing Untracked Letter Service from Plus Eligibility from 23 October 2022 — allowing customers a better shopping experience and having a positive effect on your listings.
What does this mean for sellers?
To continue displaying your Plus badge, sellers need to choose a free shipping option with a tracked service by 23 October.
A free, tracked shipping option not only provides customers with a real-time view of where their order is — greatly improving their shopping experience — but also has benefits for you as a seller.
After changing to a free, tracked shipping option, your listings will:
- Show more accurate Estimated Delivery Dates
- Be placed higher in search results
However, if you decide to continue using an untracked shipping service for some of your listings, this won’t impact your Plus metrics on your tracked shipping listings — as untracked shipping will not be considered a Plus service.
Provide your customers with the best shopping and shipping experience and keep your Plus badge on your listings by choosing a free shipping service with a tracked service for your listings.
