Thanks. I still think the whole system (ebay + postal services) is stupid though and that they can do more to ensure that everyone receives EVERY package (and on time), instead of 95% or so. And why is it that some sellers don't provide tracking numb...

I wasn't given the "correct answer several times". Noone here said "Paypal will give you a refund" before I wrote that in a previous comment.

I imagine that I didn't about 6-8 years ago when I signed up and wouldn't remember every rule or bit of info today even if I did.

No, hero. I didn't know that Paypal will give me a refund. That does not indicate/prove/imply that I knew Paypal give refunds. Keep trying.

Umm noone here has mentioned that PAYPAL WILL REFUND YOU/ME.
