trouble paying with paypal

HI i have been haveing trouble getting paypal to accept my password through ebay, if i go to paypal it works and on other sites, if i go back laterit might accept it, has anyelse had this problem.

They seem to do as they please, a bit rude, I wish the app had a way to blacklist sellers so U don't accidentally buy from them again.
