I am having trouble understanding if i have paid my ebay fee of $252.04. It is still in my bank.

I paid it yesterday 26th september. Does it take time to come out of my bank account as the money is still there. If for some reason i have not done it properly, can you try direct debit again. This is driving me nuts. All the best Simon Parow.
