Sold an Item Local Pickup. Buyer is interstate, need postage, item paid for via PayPal. options?

How do I add postage to an item that was maked as local pickup only when the buyer is interstate and needs postage? As this has been paid via pay pal ebay does not allow me to add postage to the amount?? What are my options? Cheers.
