I paid Ebay for a product by Bpay that Ebay sent me, and the seller has come back by Email canceled

Ebay sent me an email with Bpay form so I paid this. the order number is: 1578846064. $22.88 now the seller has emailed me that it has been canceled. so what happed to my money? regards; 186241
