hi recently i took over an account on here and the previous persons pay pal was not mine and i had no way of accessing it nor the previous owner yet the funny thing is when i cancelled the transaction it refused to refund this particular person yet i...

basically I was given two ebay accounts to take over for me to use sell on etc as the person no longer required them and i want to know is this allowed by ebay or not? clear answers please and note no money or goods changed hands at all
