I had a cancelled sale but cannot now get into my Sales/Sold page to cancel the invoice.

A buyer accepted my item for sale, but later said as she couldn't afford it, she would cancel. I now have an invoice from Ebay but cannot find out how to cancel the transaction and reverse the invoice.
