Why have I not received my $100 ebay voucher on November 1st as promised?

I bought items for $303 on October 18th, having read that one would get a free $100 ebay voucher on Novmber 1st if one spent $300 using click and collect. I have not got any messages from ebay yet and it is now November 3rd.
