I had to refund a buyer after Aust Post lost their item, but the payment
bounced as there was no money in that account. How do I do the refund
again? I can’t see any option in ebay or PayPal to redo it immediately.

I have been trying for days to contact a seller over a faulty product.
Everytime I hit send on the message, I receive a error message saying
‘opps, something went wrong, please try again later.’ I can’t ring the
seller, they’re in China.
Does anyone know if we will be able to get Ebay 1kg satchels, as are now
available at Australia Post? It would save postage, instead of having to
use a 3kg bag.
