From a buyer's perspective, I always thought the removal of wildcard *
searches diminished the effectiveness of searching for items. That was a
few years back... but I think slow decline ever since. I started using
PicClick... but recently they stopp...
No one complains about fair postage... gouging is another thing. When
sellers and eBay do the wrong thing, it just creates more suspicion and
loathing towards the platform. There's so few items listed now, and what
is available barely gets a bid let ...
Sellers lose in the end if they over charge on postage, or use the
horrendously priced Global Shipping. I usually check postage rates to
confirm. Good sellers will refund the difference, if the postage /
packaging is less than charged. If I encounter...
Just avoid. Postage on eBay is a licence to gouge by some sellers, and
eBay itself. I just got charged $40 US to post an 4A standard envelope
