Why was I charged for an item that I withdrew from sale, after I made a refund?

I just received an invoice for March sales. I had an item for sale that was withdrawn minutes after I refunded the buyer his money.Ref invoce No.033117-793190230052, transaction ID 9X30691930293164U.
