buyer has paid via direct deposit but not completed checkout and it won't let me print the label

A buyer has paid via Direct Deposit but has not completed checkout, so eBay will not let me create the postage label. I tried updating the item as 'Mark as payment received' but it still would not let me create the postage label. What should I do?
