Seller indicating INCORRECT ITEM LOCATION

WHY does "Ebay" allow Sellers to list ITEM LOCATION, as Australia. When ordered you find ITEM is Posted from CHINA. I don't have a problem with this HOWEVER ITEM LOCATION should Honestly say CHINA.
