Hello I am just trying to figure out how or what do I need to do to sign up or register for Delivery confurmation. Also, I would like to know if this Delivery Confurmation valid is sending an item to another country ?

I think I tried to get an answer two days ago, but I haven't heard back from anyone. My question involves giving negative feedback to someone who purchased an item from me. It only shows "Pleased" where I go to leave negative feedback. How do I leave...
