How do I delete old postage options that I no longer use?I have a long list that appears and I'd like to delete many as I no longer use them due to price change etc.

I paid for an item, the order was confirmed and then the seller canceled the order. It's now two weeks later and I still have not received my refund.The only options to speak with eBay in the resolution centre are- Did you not pay for your cancelled ...
