Anyone had extra free 100 or 200 listings we used to get recently or is it gone now? not the free 40

For several months there were offers of an extra 100-200 free listings, but I haven't had this offer lately.is it discontinued now that we can auto relist the free monthly 40?Thanks, Sylvia

If you offer free post and ask for $3 extra to be paid for express is it still considered free post?

I have free post on my satchels but if I want to qualify for top rated seller, I need to offer express post. Can I charge $3 extra for express post and still qualify? I don't sell expensive items so can't absorb the extra cost.Thanks for any help, Sy...
