and tell them the order number of the duplicate charge from your bank
account,it only took a few minutes for them to check and fix the
problem. Hope this helps.
Same thing just happened to me,contacted ebay they said it was an
ongoing temporary technical glitch that happens when the seller chooses
to manage payments, will be getting refund, first message he told me 3-5
days second message he told me 7-10 day...
