"Had you called Paypal and told them the tracking only confirmed
tracking to a mail distrabution centre they would have given you the
oportunity to appeal or they would have offered a discretionary refund,
why would you waste the taxpayer's money usi...
I believed PayPal will except that BECAUSE I just lost a Item Not
Received claim for $1,360 as Buyer when Seller sent the item to me with
Regular Post No Tracking. Ongoing FOS at the moment.
