Hi,Can a seller have paypal on their payment options but after purchase
is won, ask you to only pay via bank deposit otherwise they will require
you to pay extra for the item to cover their paypal sale fees.Thanks in

Thank you beautbots01,I thought as much, the seller is waiting for time
to pass to open a non paying buyer case.I guess i'll have to report them
to ebay and fight it if they do so.Many t hanks for your time
