Hi I am sure other buyers have had this problem.I always try not to buy
NEW WITHOUT TAGS but this time I did.The jacket clearly has been worn.I
have emailed seller and am awaiting a respose.Where as a buyer do I
stand lodging a paypal dispute?
Politely ask the buyer to return the item to you.IF he does refund their
money and move on.Any negative feedback that may be left can be removed
by Ebay by explaining the situation to them.
Yes getting a lot of non payers.I only leave it the 4 days then go to
resolution centre and file a non payment.All mine have had no response
from buyers re payment.
Go to resolution centre and lodge a dispute ie have not received
items.If seller cannot prove they have posted items and you paid through
PayPal you should get a full refund.
