Why can't I pay for my purchase? Ebay says paypal "option not availale".
Also will not accept my card, says to try another card. This is new, I
completed a purchase only last week with paypal. There are sufficiet
funds in my liked bank account.
Thanks for your replies. Perhaps it was because the vendor is in China?
Would that make ay difference? I have been usig paypal sice with
Austrlian vendors no problems.
