I would like to cancel my eBay plus annual subscription as i no longer use it. Thanks

On 28th March 2020 $48.99 was withdrawn from my paypal account to pay the annual fee foe eBay plus. Ki wish to cancel this as I no longer use it. Could I please have a refund. Thanks .
