I have been a victim of an $800+ fraud, along with 6 other ebayers that
I know of. I am an eperienced user with over 100 transactions, and have
a 100% rating. The seller HAD a 100% ratingwhich has rapidly slid to 53%
after the last 7 frauds totalling...
