if a seller has multiple user names, how can i know its actually the same seller, so i can avoid buying from them?

i asked a seller to change the item photo to accurately depict the actual item. Seller told me that she cant revise the listing photos until 15 days have passed because she already revised it two days ago. Is that truth?
