Hi I have lots of customers saying that we don't post to their postcode or suburb, BUT WE DO! Why is this happening? Gina

My postcode is 5096 which is correct

The customers are random in different states and all my settings are the same and I have checked all my settings say Australia Only.In the end we have posted it to them, but only after contacting them.
