I want to return goods and seller will not give me refund and return details.

I am outside the 30 period and the goods are not fit for purpose and I want to return them. Seller wont send me the return details. Is there anything I can do?

Thank you everyone who did replies. Won’t buy from China next time. Goods are sub standard and the seller very difficult to deal with.
