I have been charged a final value fee while I posted my sell during promotion $1 final value fee?

I posted an ad on my ebay during the $1 final value fee that I received from ebay. item was sold and now I can see, ebay has taken final value fee from the transaction, while it should be only $1!!What should I do to take my money back ?
