I have changed my eBay settings several times now and eBay staff have
told me that I would not be getting any more SPAM offers, yet they still
persist like a virus. Ebay staff told me on he phone tonight that the
problem cannot be fixed.
I have telephoned eBay several times now and they say that they cannot
stop this problem even after your user settings have been changed and
updated. The problem continues to persist.
