I've been charged 2x's the $19.00 for 2 mo I tried to canceled but nothing happened. PLEASE CANCEL!!

I have been trying to cancel my account with SMARTYCASHBACK but I haven't been able to get through to the right site (I guess). I just want to cancel this account and get whatever of a refund I can. Paid 2 mo. haven't used it at all!!
