i want to find how i can leave a posting if someone has the item im looking for they will contact me

there used to be a section on ebay where people could describe an item they r wanting to buy. if a buyer had this item then the buyer would be contacted. i cannot find that on ebay now. can u please help me, Carmel (carmel9083)
