I want to relist my item but it says I must wait 10 days to wait for a response from the buyer.

I want to relist my item but it says I must wait 10 days to wait for a response from the buyer. What for the buyer asked me to cancel the order they no long want it so why do I need to wait for 10 days. Jennifer
