I made a qualifying purchase on the mobile app between Sept 4-10. But I
didn't receive a voucher code. I didn't receive the CMOB3 code. All they
could say was they will put me on the next promotion. Disappointing
outcome. Bait and switch.
I too received the same email, and bought an item using their mobile app
and received no voucher after that. I'm sure there are many others that
received the same email, and I'm pretty sure it is not spam as all the
links point to the official eBay s...
