Have been told ebay will now hold your money til you have received the
goods and are happy with them then they release the payment to the
seller, if not happy they will return your money to your paypal account
upon seller receiving the back the goods...
Cant get to shipping address screen to change address to a US address,
as seller doesn't post overseas. Can't contact seller as it just goes to
their questions & answers, click other still no question box - should I
just give up?
