His option to fix didn't work for me. Found link, logged in, no change.
Still greyed out. So it's not resolved. Did you even try it yourself or
are you just pushing people to an answer that hasn't worked for
everyone?
I am having same issue, tried it with a number of different items and
categories. Still greyed out with some messages stating I need to update
app, app is updated. I just used it yesterday to buy something, today
it's not working
