I used a different delivery method to listing & can’t get the pickup QR code

I listed an item with ‘Pickup’ as the delivery method, then sold it & shipped it via a courier. Buyer has recited but either can’t or won’t send me the QR code to enable the funds to be released. Any advice on how to overcome this please ?
