this seller on eBay has taken another seller's original receipt that was uploaded to the community board on January 2021 and has altered it to include in their listing to con buyers into thinking the stamps are genuine

Yeah, sometimes you need to break a few eggs to make a cake,and item not as described is 60 days, so that should give the buyers time to work it out
