don't have "time: newly listed, etc. I was able to do it once on Google. Now I can't customize.

Why don't I have the customize on my search pages. I used to have customize. Now I don't. Even when I had it, I had to repeat my preferences every time I opened ebay. What's the point????? I was looking for the 3 dots. No luck.Very frustrated.
