The web page has been changed from the advertised closing time of 11:20
am, to the actual closure time of 11:20:18. The bidding history page
still says that the "Time ended" at the advertised closing time of
"11:20".Transactions are supposed to be ti...
The advertised closure was 11:20 am ... this means 11:20:00.The late bid
was 11:20:14.If the "actual closure" was not until 11:20:18, then it was
obviously not closed at 11:20, as advertised. Do the T&Cs say that the
"eBay time" may not be the actual...
