How to mark an item as received by a customer . When no tracking was used , but the item was received by customer .

Yes , but without tracking ( eg large heavy freight items ) the item can’t be marked as received . We sellers just have to wait and hope we get paid . It seem like they need to add a “ mark as received by customer “ button .
