I want some to read my messages from sellers x2 .responding very poorly to damaged product. it is unresolved.

The money back Guarantee Is unresolved. On 2 products i cannot get a strait answer. It has deliberately dragged on to go over time . x 6 months . very poor Guarantee, Thank you for your reply.
