Yes, you are right. I have not come across this in my 3 year eBay
career. Maybe ask first before discounting my stock? Not sure but I
don't think I approved it but I may have.
Thank you, I did end up speaking with an agent, after I got through the
AI wall. but they were very helpful angd glad I did. turned out to be an
automatic discount I was not aware of.
