I am currently selling an item and the bidder claims they made a mistake by bidding. 5 days still left on item. What do I do?

Somebody has made a bid on an item and has sent me a question stating they thought it was something else. what do i do? Can you retract a bid made or do i wait the 5 days left in the auction to see if they are outbid?
