Recently I looked at my account and was surprised to see a fee charged
with two different names. $8 for Insertion Fee and $0.11 for Listing
Fee. Aren't they the same thing?
Thanks, @"tipping-point"! I have finally figured it out. BIN (Buy It
Now) Fee of $0.11 is added to an auction if you want someone to buy it
before the auction, however, it is referred to as a Buy It Now Fee on
the Fees page and as Buy It Now Listing ...
