For the last couple of days I haven't been able to open any photos of items on ebay. Can anybody give me some clues as to what is wrong please. Ali

I put in a Best Offer on an Ipad but I want to withdraw it, is that possible. Normally with best offers they answer really quickly. When they don't answer it normally means that you aren't going to get an answer.
