If i paid for express post(next day delivery) and got confirmation it was posted 6 days ago and the package hasnt shown up, what do i do?

I paid for express post (next day delivery) and had confirmation it was poasted 6 days ago, yet i havnt got it yet. My wifes order was posted a day later from the same seller and she has recieved hers already. What do i do about this?
