I requested a higher selling limit, gave my bank account details, had two small amounts transferred to my account by eBay, then ran into a brick wall. What do I do next? Who do I contact about these two small amounts I've received? I can find nothing...

Our new Picasi bunk bed arrived today. It was badly packed, the main box had split open and bits and pieces were spilling out. The assembly instructions look very sketchy and I'm wondering whether part of them got lost. Can anybody help?
