I bid on an item today at $10.00 and also entered straight after a maximum bid of $20.00. I missed the end of the Auction and was shocked to see that I had lost the Auction to a bid of $10.50. What happened and why did my maximum bid of $20 work ther...

My buyer has not paid and now claims she wants me to send the item COD by Mail. I did not offer this service.
