Something has happened to my account. i cannot see my purchase history, it's blank. Also i cannot reply to sellers from my messages. it seems like i have all sorts of gremlins in my account, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to contact ebay, you just keep going ar...

As a seller, (not a store, or powerseller) can i adjust the bid increments from 50 cents which is the basic increment bidding increase?and if i can adjust this before i activate my auction, how do i do it? Thanks.!
