is there any way I can get rid of the rediculous mouse here to zoom over feature that comes on when

Is there any way I can get rid of this rediculous zoom feature that fades the listing photo when I choose to look at a listing, Its very annoying. Or is it another case of ebay just looking for ways to change things for the sake of it.
